Meet The Team

Brittany Benachowski, PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN

Physical Therapist

Brittany is originally from Greencastle, PA, and began her journey with Red Canyon Physical Therapy in 2019 after earning her Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology from Shenandoah University. She started with Red Canyon as a Physical Therapy Technician and Office Manager before pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Wheeling University, graduating in 2023.
After graduation, Brittany returned home to practice at Red Canyon’s Hagerstown clinic, where she quickly distinguished herself through her dedication to continuing education. Within her first year, she completed advanced training in the lumbar complex, kinesiology taping, and Trigger Point Dry Needling. She has since earned her CMTPT-DN certification, further enhancing her ability to treat complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Now serving as the Clinic Director of Red Canyon’s new Inwood, WV location, Brittany brings a passion for treating a wide variety of diagnoses, with a special interest in temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and spinal pain. Her love for physical therapy began at a young age and has grown into a fulfilling career focused on helping others heal and thrive.
Outside of the clinic, Brittany enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew, and loves cooking and baking in her free time. She is excited to welcome patients to the Inwood clinic and is committed to delivering the highest quality of care.

Kesha, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant

Kesha brings over a decade of hands-on clinical experience and a strong commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation to Red Canyon Physical Therapy’s Inwood clinic.
She graduated from Blue Ridge Community and Technical College in 2014, where she was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award and inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Kesha has remained closely involved with the program since graduation, serving as a Clinical Excellence Instructor.
Her clinical expertise includes certifications in Kinesiotaping and SASTM (Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), where she trained directly with the system’s developer and served as a Clinical Lab Instructor Assistant with Kinesiotaping University. She also holds an LSVT BIG certification, reflecting her extensive experience working with individuals with Parkinson’s disease. She has presented educational programs for Parkinson’s support groups and continues to focus much of her practice on neurorehabilitation and movement disorders. Kesha has specialized training in concussion rehabilitation and vestibular concussion management. Her background also includes experience with McKenzie and Maitland techniques, and she is a Credentialed Clinical Instructor through the APTA.
Beyond the clinic, Kesha is a successful entrepreneur, having owned a clothing business for over 10 years, and has served as a brand ambassador traveling internationally. She has been married for 28 years and is a proud mother of a 24-year-old son.
Kesha brings a dynamic blend of clinical expertise, teaching experience, and real-world empathy to her patients—helping individuals of all backgrounds, with a strong passion for improving mobility, independence, and quality of life, especially for those living with Parkinson’s disease.
